Return Policy:

All returns need to be approved by management before being returned to us. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. This policy only excludes parts that are being returned under warranty.

Shipping:

Most items are in stock ready to ship NOW via UPS.

Aprox Shipping times for Canada and Lower 48 States is 3-5 business days if it's in stock and on the east coast. Add 1 additional day for west coast customers. If there is a lead time for the part or is not in stock obviously that will be on top of the 3-5 business days.

BORDER CHARGES / DUTIES - Most of our items ship with NAFTA forms and for less than $200 so there will be no border charges for anybody. A small number of our items may come over and you might owe a small amount to UPS for duties / clearing. Generally these charges are no more than $20 and in most cases you will receive your package with no additional charges at all.

ETD Racing manufactured parts warranty information

All parts carry normal manufacturers warranty. ETD Racing does not independently warranty other manufacturers parts.

ETD Racing products carry a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects. We will not warranty parts which were misused, modified, or abused. All claims are subject to our approval. Returns require approval, please contact us before you return your parts.

Parts damaged during shipping are subject to our inspection before replacement parts are shipped out.

Visit us on eBay as well. We have been selling our parts on eBay for a few years now. There are other guys there selling cheaper versions of our product. We list there mainly so people know quality parts from guys looking to make a quick buck off unsuspecting visitors. This is why our parts are still around and lots of those guys have fallen out of the scene. I guess enough returns will do that to anybody... We havn't been in business selling our parts for 10 years for no reason.
