For converting your upper coolant housing base kit to an upper coolant housing with filler neck. Choose either the regular hose end fitting for normal rad hoses or the -12AN or -16AN fittings for custom rad hoses.

NOTE: This part number comes with only the filler neck and the chosen fitting. ie. no rad cap, base plate, or elbow
