Rad Bracket Intsall

These are generic install instructions for our rad bracket kit.  You can install these brackets in a number of ways however this will cover the most common way.

You can see the bottom brackets and hardware (left side of pic) which will install the lower brackets and the larger top bracket and three nuts/bolts.

The bottom brackets use a nutsert which expands when they the screws go in to make a tight connection.  There is also provided two aluminum spacers so you can offset one lower bracket to keep the rad straight.  The rad saddle is not straight across the bottom, so these spacers will allow you to get the brackets lining up straight so the rad goes in straight under the hood.  Once you start the install on your own car this will be readily apparent.

Line up the spacers were you would like them to be on the lower rad saddle and mark the holes with a pencil so you know where to drill.

Drill the two holes into your lower rad saddle using a 1/2" drill bit.

Push the nutserts into your two holes you just drilled.  They should slide in fairly easily.
Line up the lower bracket and screw in the bracket to the lower rad saddle.
Should end up like this.
Screw in the second screw, repeat for the other side.
Should look like this installed.
Pop in the rad and install the upper bracket.  Drill the holes for the upper in your upper rad support and screw in the nut/bolt combo for a nice secure fit.
